Crewly is a business management platform for service-based companies. It provides quoting, invoicing, team scheduling, payroll tracking, and business analytics through a web application and progressive web app.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each business operates as a separate tenant with isolated data.
Crewly is offered on a subscription basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Crewly, including client information, quotes, invoices, and employee records. Crewly does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
You agree to use Crewly only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service to store or transmit illegal content, attempt to access other tenants' data, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
Crewly offers an optional live location tracking feature for employees in the field. This feature is strictly opt-in: an employee must explicitly toggle it on within the employee portal and grant device-level permission before any location data is transmitted. While active, the employee's current position is shared with administrators of the same tenant approximately every 15 seconds and can be stopped at any time by toggling the feature off. Administrators are responsible for using this feature lawfully, obtaining any consents required in their jurisdiction, and informing employees about how location data will be used within the organization. Location data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Crewly strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Crewly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewly's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Crewly after changes constitutes acceptance.
